For repeat courses.

Sponsoring agencies may submit a Section Addition if the course was 1) approved for UM credit in Spring 2013 or later, and 2) has no substantial changes.  Please submit your Section Addition request 3-4 weeks before advertising that the course offers UM credit.

New courses or repeat courses with substantial changes must submit a full Course Proposal.  Substantial changes include course number or course title, instructor, number of credits, grading method, and major curriculum changes.  If unsure, the sponsor/instructor should ask for guidance (Holly Kulish at 406-243-4168 or holly.kulish@umontana.edu).
