Registration and Fee Information

- Financial Aid may be available for students taking 6 or more credits
- Students register on CyberBear, and fees appear on schedule/bill
- Starting January 2007, fees and tuition will change for most online courses. Online students’ fees and tuition will be assessed based on students' campus, class, and residency status. The tuition flat spot will apply for most online courses.
- All online courses are also assessed a $48 per-credit online learning fee.
- Online students are automatically assigned an email address. Please read the "Welcome Letter" for detailed instructions.

Blackboard Tutorial
There is a Blackboard tutorial course in Blackboard. You can take this self-paced tutorial course by going to http://courseware.umt.edu and using the login information below.

If you would prefer a written manual to learn Blackboard, as opposed to the interactive tutorial, here is a copy of the Blackboard Student Manual (pdf) or download the UMOnline Blackboard User Guide, which is also available in many of the computer labs on campus.
